1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded with Opheira. By making a purchase on this website, visiting our platform, or contacting us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2 Opheira reserves the right to modify or expand these terms and conditions at any time.

2. Orders
2.1 By placing an order through this website, you enter into a purchase agreement. All order details must be completed accurately and truthfully.
2.2 We reserve the right not to fulfil orders if stock levels are found to be inaccurate at the time of purchase. You will, of course, be informed and offered suitable solutions. If you choose to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
2.3 Opheira reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. In addition, we reserve the right to correct the price of any product that was listed incorrectly at the time of purchase.

3. Payments
3.1 All prices are listed in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3.2 We offer the following payment methods: iDEAL I Wero, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Bancontact.
3.3 Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

4. Shipping
4.1 Orders are shipped once payment has been received by Opheira
4.2 Shipping costs and delivery times can be found on the Shipping & Delivery page. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

5. Product Quality & Defective Items
5.1 All images and specifications, including colors, dimensions, and details, are indicative and may vary in reality. Most of our products are unique, handcrafted pieces. Opheira cannot be held liable for such variations, and they do not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation of the purchase agreement.
5.2 In the event of a defective product or damage caused during delivery by external parties, please contact us at contact@opheira.com for further investigation. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Returns must first be reported by email to contact@opheira.com with the subject “Return” and your order number. Please specify which products are being returned.
6.2 Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery and comply with all return conditions. Items must be returned in their original state, in the original packaging, including all accessories and accompanying documentation. If products appear used or damaged due to the buyer’s handling, the right to cancel the purchase will be void.
6.3 All returns are at the customer’s expense and risk. If damage occurs due to inadequate packaging, the return right will be forfeited. Keep the shipping confirmation and tracking information as proof in case the package is lost. The customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered to Opheira. You will be notified by email once the return is received. If a return does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to refuse it.
6.4 If an incorrect shipping address was provided at the time of purchase, contact us immediately via email at contact@opheira.com , including your order number, name, email, and the correct address. If the order has not yet been processed, we will update the details. Once the order has been processed and shipped, Opheira is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
6.5 Returns that meet the conditions and are returned within 14 days will be refunded within 14 days of receipt and confirmation via email. Original shipping and return costs are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange for another product, please return the item following our return process, then place a new order. Shipping costs for the new order are not deducted. Each new order is treated as a separate purchase.
6.6 Unauthorized returns will be refused and automatically sent back to the customer. Packages not accepted or collected are treated as unauthorized returns.

7.1 While we pay constant attention to our website, certain information may be incomplete or incorrect. We strive to keep all information as accurate and complete as possible.
7.2 Changes may be made to the information at any time without prior notice.
