Shipping and Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
Netherlands - DHL €6,95*
EU Zone 1 (Belgium) - DHL €10,95
EU Zone 2 (Luxembourg I Germany I France I Spain I Italy) - DHL €12,95
Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €75,-
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days.* Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and during holiday.
Payments
We offer the following payment methods: iDEAL I Wero, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Bancontact.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If an incorrect delivery address was provided at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately by email at contact@opheira.com. Make sure to include the following information in your message: order number, full name, email address, and the correct delivery address.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will update the shipping details accordingly. Once the order has been processed and shipped, Opheira cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect delivery address.
We always strive for the highest standards of service and quality. However, in rare cases, your package may arrive damaged due to external factors or parties. In such instances, please contact us with your order number, a clear description, and a photo of the damage.
If your order has not been delivered, contact us by email at contact@opheira.com with your order number, and we will work with you to locate the shipment.
Returns
While we hope you are delighted with your purchase, you have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging, including all accessories and accompanying documentation. All returns are at the customer’s expense and risk. If damage occurs due to inadequate packaging, the right to return will be forfeited. Please keep your shipping confirmation and tracking information as proof in case the package is lost. The customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered to Opheira. You will be notified by email once the return has been received. If a return does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to refuse it.
Please email us at contact@opheira.com with the subject line “Return” and include your order number, the reason for the return, and the products being returned. As many of our products are unique, handcrafted pieces, we kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully.
Refunds
If a purchase is returned within 14 days of delivery and meets all return conditions, a refund will be issued within 14 business days. Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Please keep the return receipt and tracking information as proof in case the package is lost.
If you wish to exchange your order for another product, please return the item following our return process and associated conditions, and place a new order for the desired product.
